NIB COMMERCIAL is a niche property broking company specialising in commercial real estate. Founded in 1991, NIB brings 34 years of commercial property expertise to the table. From planning and leasing shops in new shopping centres, assisting in the planning and refurb of older ones, to pioneering sectional title office parks for SMME’S and large corporates, we have been blessed to thrive in Johannesburg’s North and Western suburbs.

NIB successfully helped plan, develop, and refurb over 10 shopping centres (and named 8 of them). We have successfully let and sold multitudes of offices in more than 30 office parks in the North West suburbs of Johannesburg.
